BODEGAS VERUM - PATAGONIA
A valley nestled amidst desert lands, irrigated by water from the Andes. Deep, shallow, clay loam soils where vines thrive.
Cold winters and dry summers with significant temperature variations facilitate a slow and prolonged ripening of the grapes, resulting in a perfect balance between sugar and acidity. Low rainfall, access to irrigation water, and frequent winds contribute to sustainable viticulture without the need for agrochemicals.
In the province of Río Negro, a winery tour is available . In the so-called Upper Valley of Río Negro , where Patagonia's most voluminous river originates, a centuries-old winemaking tradition combines with exceptional natural conditions for crafting premium wines.
VERUM PATAGONIA is a winery dedicated to producing high-end wines using grapes from its own estate, emphasizing vine cultivation and the development of practices that allow them to utilize the varieties best adapted to the Patagonian terroir.
State-of-the-art winery equipped with temperature-controlled concrete and stainless steel tanks. French and American oak barrels for a team of viticulture and oenology professionals with a technical team headed by Elías López Montero.

100% Pinot Noir. A nose of wild raspberries and subtle woodsmoke. The palate is clean and refreshing with smoky notes, red- and purple-skinned fruits and just a touch of earth.
We would suggest foie gras, steak tartare, salmon (raw or grilled). Any type of fish and poultry.

100% Pinot Noir. Delicate and light-bodied Pinot Noir, textured wine with complex flavours: cherry, raspberry, mushroom and forest floor, plus vanilla and baking spice. Rich and juicy.
A versatile red wine. It goes well with both fish and meat, and even as a dessert accompanied by a cheese board will make for a delightful after-dinner experience.
